Cocktail hour featured light, well-balanced bites like house-made burrata with seasonal accompaniments and fresh crudo-style dishes that set the tone without weighing guests down.
Dinner was where Redbird really delivered. The ricotta gnudi was soft and pillowy with a bright, herb-forward sauce that kept it rich but not heavy. The cacio e pepe–style pasta was perfectly al dente and deeply savory—one of those courses that came back with clean plates across the room.
For entrées, the slow-braised short ribs were tender and full of depth, while the roasted chicken proved why Redbird is trusted—it was juicy, well-seasoned, and far from the usual “safe” wedding option.
Dessert finished the meal on a warm note, with balanced sweetness and thoughtful textures that felt intentional rather than overdone.
